TERMS & CONDITIONS
All bookings will be provisional (14 days to confirm) until we receive written confirmation and a deposit of £10.00 per person.
Full payment will be required by 1st December 2008 for Christmas Day bookings.
If you need to decrease or cancel the booking once deposits have been paid no refund will be possible. However, if you wish to increase numbers we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
All outstanding balances and additional charges incurred during the event must be settled prior to departure.
The Hotel reserves the right to change any content of the menus without prior notice.
In the event of any programme having to be cancelled by the Hotel an alternative date or venue will be made or we will refund monies in full.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%
